My name is Chuck Camroux and I have been making money online since 2004, and have been online since 1994. I’ve been around a lot longer than most of the so called guru’s have been on this earth. I’ve been using computers for 40 years in business and personally.

More importantly, I’ve been building sites and doing all kinds of campaigns on the Internet for nearly 18 years. I make money online, but so what. It’s you that wants to make some money, so enough about me.

I absolutely hate long, repetitive, over the top sales pitches. So I am going to keep this short and to the point.

OK, assuming you already have a computer and you are connected to the Internet, and you have a few hours a week to dedicate to generating an online income business, it’s going to cost you two or three hundred dollars a year. If you think building a business and creating real income is free, you should not go into business. Stay working for the man, or woman. BUY, what is really important here, is that if you do it right, you won’t be paying any money from your own pocket, you’ll be taking it from the profits you are building.

What is the business model? It’s probably the best model on and offline. Affiliate marketing. And just like in the bricks and mortar world, you can build your business and then sell it for an additional profit.

You’re going to put up (notice I didn’t say build) websites, and each is going to promote a service or product for someone else who is going to pay you a commission. Who are these people who are going to pay you. Just to name a few …

Amazon, Walmart, Sears, GoDaddy, Hostgator, Jegs, Barnes & Noble, Macy’s, TigerDirect, 1-800-Flowers, Clickbank, Starbucks, and thousands of other local and global businesses who will pay you to send them customers!

Now I want you to think about this for a second. You’re going to tell other folk, via the Internet, about products and services that may interest them. You are going to do this through websites you own (or will own), which are located right on the information highway, the Internet. When those folks take a look at the products or services, they will pay you a commission!

Here’s an example of an affiliate site, Example #1 (Opens in a new window, and you can close the window when finished). See, pretty nice. You can own a site just like this, and you don’t have to know anything about body building.

You can create your own Virtual Real Estate empire on the Internet!, Here’s a couple more examples. Example #2 and Example #3. I bet you can think of a hundred niches that interest you.

You can make real money with virtual real estate!. Of course, you have to spend some time working your empire. Nothing is for free, but the playing field has been leveled allowing anyone with some time and a desire, to make money online. Maybe all you want is a couple hundred bucks a month, or maybe your desire is to quit your boring job and work from home four or five hours a day. You can!

Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t.

Build an empire for about 1/500th of the cost of a ghetto income real estate location in the offline world.

Here’s how you can do it. Take my course .. WAIT! This is a very different course. First it’s time limited. 14 weeks, not 14 years like a lot of website offers. The Internet requires you to have a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) which is the global address of your site. But for our purposes, you must have a domain name (like the one here, thevirtualrealestatecompany.net, which is my real estate on the web. So, you will require a domain name for your business. In fact, you may have several domain names and several VRE properties. Some more profitable than others.

You want to know how you can earn some cash using your computer and the Internet. You don’t want to spend a

lot of money and you don’t have more than a few hours a week to work on your real estate projects.

Sound familiar. Hundreds of thousands of people from 18 to 78 want to do the same thing. Problem is, most won’t

get off their butt and make it happen. Just a fact of life. If you are not one of these unmotivated people, then read

on. Otherwise, head for the couch and TV.

I started on the Internet 18 years ago. That’s right, 18 years ago. Back in 1994. The net was brand new, at least

for the general public, and really difficult to navigate. It was pretty techie, and I am not a techie (at least to the geek

degree). I played around an built some website, and after a while learned how to monetize them (make money with

them), got heavy into eBay and selling domains. I’ve done extremely well selling domains for anywhere from $350 to $40,000. But I love building websites, so that’s where my time was and is mostly spent.

Then in the early part of this, the 21st Century, like 2003, Google brought us AdSense. These are the ads that you

see when you do a Google search. They are at the top and right side of the page and are paid ads, paid by

advertisers. Next Google offered those that had website to display their ads and Google would pay them a

commission. So being a website builder, with something like 300 sites (real estate) on the web, I took up the

challenge and ran AdSense on my sites.

I almost fell over when my first commission payment arrived. So I built more sites. But it was a slow process. Then

about the same time, I discovered WordPress. Pretty elementary and definitely favouring the blog approach, but I

could see use. It was faster to get reasonably simple sites up and running. But over the following few years things

have changed dramatically for WordPress. It’s probably the most used content management system on the web,

it’s simple to use and best of all, it is FREE!

Once I got onto WordPress, I built websites, blogs, stores, ecommerce and specialty sites. Each monetized and

ready to make me money. And they did.

Now to today. As we passed into 2012, I realized that a lot of what I was doing on the web was getting pretty

boring. Yes it still worked, bringing in money, but it was not the same. The fun had disappeared. Then it hit me. I

know how to bring back the excitement. Take what I have learned and employed myself for years, and teach others

how to do the same thing. It’s all replicable, and you certainly don’t have to be a techie and it costs almost nothing

to do, so why not.

The problem is, most people are still not very savvy about the web. If you’re not savvy and just don’t know how it

works, then you’ll never figure out how to make money, have some fun and learn things using the Internet.

So I decided to provide a teaching service. Teaching you how to make money on the Internet, and keeping the cost

Virtual Real Estate Income with WordPress

VRE, what is it?

VRE stands for Virtual Real Estate. Think of it this way. You own a house that you live in. You own an apartment building with 8 suites, that you rent out and have income from every month. You own a small business selling shoes. People visit your store and buy a pair of shows. You make a profit on the shoes, which creates your income, and covers your expenses. You have real estate that generates income for you, and has value if you want to sell all or just some of it.

That’s the real world of real estate. The Virtual Real Estate world is no different except it exists on the Internet. A website that you visit is a valuable piece of real estate. If you owned the Affiliate Income Junkie website, you would own a piece of valuable real estate. You wouldn’t live there, but you would treat it like a business. A business that earns money because people visit your “information store” and just like in the bricks and mortar world, some will like what they see and buy from your online store. The store is one of your virtual real estate sites.

Now that you know what a VRE is, take a moment and think about why you will want your very own VRE site, or sites.

You might operate an actual store in your community. If so, you will need a website associated with your store. You can sell from your site opening up a whole new income opportunity, and you will be able to give your address, telephone and other contact info including an e-mail address. You will be able to have your web site optimized for a computer, smart phone and pad device.

Or, you can start a new income business. A Virtual Real Estate business. You have a job, but you want to build a separate income to help pay the mortage down faster, or to put away more for a rainy day or retirement, or you just have a few spare hours a week and want to try something else, but why not make some money doing it.

What is Virtual Real Estate, or VRE?

What you are looking at is VRE. Just like the real estate in your neighborhood, indeed the house or office where you are located at this moment, is “real estate“. It is property that has value for use, or for sale.

Virtual Real Estate is property that is located on the World Wide Web/Internet. When you want to point your browser to Walmart, your bank, a discussion forum or any other location you desire, you are heading down the digital highway called the Internet.
